Also known as the Taiwan Tech, the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTSUT) is situated in Taipei, Taiwan and is a technological university. It was founded in the year 1974 on August 1st. At the time, it was the first one of its kind leading higher education technological university within Taiwan. Taiwan Tech houses 7 colleges namely: -College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science -College of Liberal Arts and Sciences -College of Intellectual Property studies -College of Design -College of Engineering -College of Applied Sciences -School of Management The Taiwan Tech constitutes of 24 graduate programs under 14 departments. The university aims to develop an international applied research university that is capable of producing management as well as high tech personnel capable of global competition. The university has 5 campuses under its name which includes the Tucheng campus, the New Gongguan campus, the Keelung campus, the Zhubei campus and the Gongguan campus which is considered as the main campus and is sprawled across an area of 10 hectares.
