Study in UK: International Students House & London Met Postgraduate Scholarships Open for Indian Citizens 

The International Student House and the London Metropolitan University (London Met) offer scholarships to Indian students for the academic year 2024-25. This scholarship is also available to postgraduate students who are from Africa, Latin America, the USA, and Central America enrolling in a full-time program. A total of 4 scholarships are available. The beneficiaries would receive free tuition at London Met for their course duration! Additionally, they will receive free return flight tickets to and from London, and guaranteed accommodation in Central London. To apply, you must meet the eligibility criteria, and submit the application form by 28th June 2024. All successful applicants are informed of the scholarship results on  12 July 2024.

International Students House & London Met Postgraduate Scholarship Eligibility

The eligibility requirements for the International Students House & London Met Postgraduate Scholarships are as follows:

• Must be an Indian citizen and a resident of India or a citizen of Africa, or the USA.Central or Latin America,
• Must have graduated or expected to graduate with an  applicable bachelor’s degree (first-class ) by 28 June 2024
• Additionally,  you must demonstrate financial need
• Moreover, you must have applied for a full-time Master’s programme at the London Metropolitan University for the September 2024 intake 
• You must also have cleared the English language test IELTS with a minimum score of 7.5. (Unless English language exemption applies. For example, for nationals from English-speaking countries)
• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment, and be able to satisfy the current UK immigration requirements
• Additionally, you must be available to start your academic studies at the university by the Autumn deadline of 2024 (no deferral to an academic year is allowed)
• To receive this fully funding scholarship, you must commit in writing and sign the contract for living in the university’s guaranteed accommodation

International Students House & London Met Postgraduate Scholarship Benefits 

The benefits of the International Students House & London Met Postgraduate Scholarship are as follows:

• The scholarship covers 1 year of postgraduate study tuition fees at the university
• The travel expenses to and from the UK 
• Moreover, guaranteed accommodation for 12 months is provided at the  International Students House (ISH). This is a single room, fully furnished accommodation, that includes the specified household bills, and Wifi. The cost of the same is  £13,559.75.(the scholarship beneficiary does not have to pay this amount 

However, this scholarship is restricted to students applying for admission to the School of Human Sciences, School of Art, Architecture and Design, School of Social Sciences and Professions, Guildhall School of Business and Law, School of Computing and Digital Media, and School of the Built Environment. Interested students must fill the application form before the deadline.
