Eligibility Criteria for the Ontario Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream
In order to be eligible for the OINP French-speaking skilled worker stream draws they must:
Have a legitimate express entry profile through the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) or the Canadian Experience Class.
Moreover, they must possess an academic background that is equivalent to or greater than that of a Canadian bachelor’s degree.
In addition to this, a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level of 6 in the English language proficiency test (IELTS/CELPIP) is required.
Moreover, the eligible profiles must prove their intention to reside in Ontario by exhibiting one or more of the following:
- Present or previous employment in the province
- Job interviews or job proposals
- Pursuing an education
- Volunteer work
- Leasing or possessing property
- Personal relationships, familial connections, and professional networks
