Philip Hunter Fellowship

The Philip Hunter Fellowship launches a financial aid program to support creative individuals or teams. The program aims to support students in their creation of new work with an environmental focus and public impact. Additionally, students can publish and/or deliver in a public seminar forum. It grants a scholarship amount of $15,000 (INR 8.39 lakh) to a single beneficiary. Faculty of Fine Arts and Music can apply for the scholarship. Morever, the graduation can be in any discipline of the Fine Arts and Music.

Dorian Le Gallienne Composition Award

The Dorian Le Gallienne Composition Award grants a commission to Victorian composers for creating a chamber work. Composers residing in Victoria can apply for the scholarship. The award is open to international students for application biennially (odd years). The beneficiary can receive the scholarship up to $1,200/INR 67,259.77. However, 1 scholarship is available.

Adolph Spivakovsky Scholarship for Composition of Music

The Spivakovsky Scholarship for Composition of Music grants scholarships for musical composition in Australia. In 2023, the university invites composers to write an original noted composition for 5 musicians or less. The duration of the composition must be 7 minutes. Therefore, students must submit the score and recording (acoustic/MIDI). The university will grant a cash reward of $3000 / INR 1.67 lakh to the selected applicant.
