Duolingo Daily Topic: Speaking Task 19 (Speak about the image for 90 seconds)

In the Duolingo English Test, the “Speak about the Photo” question evaluates your English proficiency in describing and interpreting an image. During this task, you’ll view a picture for 20 seconds before the recording starts automatically. Then, you’ll have 0.5 to 1.5 minutes to speak about the photo. Remember, you only get one chance to record your answer.

Q1. Speak about the image for about 90 seconds

The image captures two old-age individuals practising yoga in an indoor garden. They are standing around one-hand distance from one another with their hands pressed together in prayer. They are in a serene setting surrounded by lush greenery, creating a calm and focused atmosphere for their mindful exercise routine. Both of them are dressed comfortably and seems like they have been practising yoga for years. Their postures are steady and there is a possibility that they do yoga in the morning to start their day on a positive note. 

Q2. Speak about the image for about 90 seconds

This image portrays a dimly lit office environment, where a man sits at his desk with a focused and slightly frustrated expression. He is surrounded by piles of disorganised paperwork, highlighting overwhelming paperwork. His attention is fixed on the computer screen, most likely searching for a specific document or managing his tasks. He is also attending a phone call, possibly interpreting the information shared from the other side.
