Tourist Turkey Visa Requirements
A Turkey tourist visa is given to individuals who want to visit Turkey for tourism purposes, or to visit family members and friends. Indian citizens can apply for a Turkey e-visa and a Turkey sticker visa. The visa can be processed in 15 days. The Tourist Turkey Visa Requirements are as follows:
- A passport with 6 months validity
- A completed visa application form
- 2 passport-size photographs
- Travel insurance of a minimum of €30,000
- Bank statements
- Detailed travel Itinerary
- Return flight to India
- Accommodation proof, or the address of the family member with whom the applicant will be staying
- Letter of invitation (in case of staying with relatives or friends)

Business Turkey Visa Requirements

- Present a guarantee letter from an employer. The letter must consist of 3 months of salary slips
- Employment status documentation

Student Turkey Visa Requirements
Students who want to stay in Turkey for education can apply for a Turkey student visa. The visa permits the foreigner to intern or to attend a course in a Turkish university/college. The visa is available to all international students except students from the Northern Republic of Cyprus.The visa processing can take up to 15 days. The Student Turkey Visa Requirements are as follows:
- Visa application form, and a passport with 6 months validity
- 2 passport photographs and return flight ticket to home country
- Bank statement as proof of funds
- Letter of scholarship (if applicable)

Work Turkey Visa Requirements
A Turkey work visa is a visa given to individuals seeking employment in the country. The application for a Turkey work visa must be submitted by a foreign employee and the work permit application must be filed by a Turkish employer. A Turkey work visa is given for working as a journalist, artist, or sportsperson, among others. The visa processing can take around 15 days. The Turkey work visa requirements are as follows:
- Visa application form, and a passport of 6 months validity
- Proof of finances like a Bank statement
- Copy of 2 passport-size photographs

- Job offer letter or contract

To obtain an Archaeological Excavation, Exploration, and Documentary Visa, applicants must acquire permission from the Turkish authorities in advance. That is,
- Obtain the relevant visa via the foreign representatives. Additionally, those who want to visit Turkey for movie and documentary shooting must obtain a permit document from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Directorate General of Cinema and the provincial Governorate.
- Applications can be sent directly to the related institutions for the soundtrack recording, filing documentaries, and photo shooting of the archaeological, historical, sociological, and natural issues in Türkiye, on land, lake, river, and sea.
- Applications for surface explorations can be made on the land registry cadaster records

Turkey Visa Application Process
To apply for a Turkey visa, applicants must visit the official website of the Turkish embassy or consultancy. Obtaining a Turkey e-visa is a smooth process. A t present e-visa can only be applied by the Schengen countries, UK, USA, and Ireland. Another option is to apply for a sticker visa by physically visiting the embassy or consulate of Turkey in the home country. For Indians, Visa on arrival will be stopped by April 10th. Starting from April 10th Indians can also apply for an E-visa or a sticker visa. The visa application process is as follows:
- Visit the official website of Tukey and send an application for an E-visa
- After sending the application, a confirmation link will be provided (via email). The email will consist of details regarding the next steps
- The link will take the applicant to a fee gateway. At this stage, payment for the e-visa must be made
- Payment confirmation will also be provided in the same email address
- Applicants can download the e-visa from the same website. A printout of the e-visa must be taken to demonstrate to the authorities visa at the Istanbul airport.
