Yesterday I went on a school picnic to the amusement park, World of Wonders. It was so much fun that I want to tell you all about it. The amusement park that we went to is called “World of Wonders” and is located in Noida, New Delhi. It is one of the best amusement parks in the state. What makes it so great are the various rides and definitely the ambience there. When you enter the park, it feels as if you have entered a whole new world. There is music playing, vivid colours all around, and people enjoying. I took a lot of rides. Although there were some basic rides, there were also some that were quite scary. On all the basic rides I took my turn, but there was this one ride called the 360-wheel that was quite scary. What it did was after going up, it flipped 360 degrees and stopped there for a few seconds and then with a sudden movement it dropped from that height. I couldn’t gather the courage to go on that ride. So, I didn’t. After taking many rides, it was time for lunch which was provided by our school. Each student got a thali consisting of 3 vegetables, 2 chapatis and rice along with a frooty. It was great in taste. As the evening set, we left for our school and from there, my father picked me up and we went home. I enjoyed a lot on that picnic. I only wish you were there too so the fun would have doubled.
