I recently finished a novel in the Harry Potter series. It was a really good novel. Now, I need chapter seven.      I remembered that you have the 7th chapter novel of this series and I was thinking if you could lend me the same. The Harry Potter series is great. All the things about Hogwarts as they have been described in the novels make me want to go to Hogwarts. The characters themselves have been written in a great way with each character having a unique persona. The author of this series J. K. Rowling knows how to paint the picture with words. I have seen the movie series of Harry Potter too and to my surprise, I realised that the directors have carved out a lot of details that the books mention. The novels are even better than the movies.           In the upcoming month, I will visit you, I hope that you will lend me the 7th novel of this series. When we meet, we will discuss the characters and story of this series together. It will be great. Also, I miss talking about novels since you transferred to another school. Format of How to Write a Letter to Your Friend Requesting Him to Lend You a Book     

Recipient’s Name Recipient’s Address Dear (Recipient’s Name), Introduction Start the letter with a “Dear ABC” and maintain a genuine tone.  Body For the body of the letter, mention the book you want, mention what interests you in that book, etc. Whatever your purpose is for writing the letter, cover it properly. Include instances, experiences, etc, and make it interesting. Use a conversational tone.  Closing End the letter on a friendly note. Add text like “Take Care”, “Talk to you soon”, “See you soon”, etc.  Signature Conclude the note with a polite salutation.
