Recently I visited a shopping fair held at the Pragati Maidan. It was a great experience and I want to tell you all about it. The fair starts at around 10:00 a.m. and the connectivity via metro is great. I travelled by the same. After taking entry into the fair, the first thing I did was observe the map of the fair. It was scattered in a big area so to completely cover the fair, I made a travel route and stuck to the same. There were many pavilions and each had its own theme, or state of India according to which there were stalls present there. What a great ambience there was. Music was playing through the speakers and the stalls and pavilions were decorated with vibrant colors that just soothe your eyes and refresh your mind. You know I love shopping, so I went on a shopping spree there. Every pavilion had something different to offer. Some stalls had good decorative items, others had beautiful bedsheets. Ranging from different food, all the way to electronic appliances, everything was available there. After shopping for almost 3 hours, I sat down in the food court and had some lunch. The food was great there and that too at an affordable price. As the evening set, I headed back home. My day at the shopping fair was so great. I took a lot of pictures as well that I want to show to you. So let us plan an outing together. Whenever you are free, call me and let me know.
