56-A Kailash Colony Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh:- 201001 4th July, 2023 Dear Tanisha, I hope this letter finds you in good health. It has been so long since we spoke. How is school? How are you all? I was missing you so, I thought I would write a letter to you.  It’s been 3 months since I was admitted to my new school. Daily, I reach there by 7:30 am and the day starts with the morning assembly. After that, we have our first period at around 8:20 am.  The environment here is good. My classmates are friendly. We learn in smart classrooms. They have smart-edu boards that are quite interactive. Our teachers use a stylus to operate the board. Many of our lectures include video illustrations. The teachers are very polite. I even have my favourite teacher now. Mrs Shobhna ma’am. She is our biology teacher and she teaches very well easily explaining all the concepts of the chapters, after that, she even clears my doubts regarding the topics.  At around 12:20 we have our lunch. My school has a big playground where I, along with some of my new friends go in the recess to play. We have an auditorium that comes among the top 10 biggest auditoriums in the district. But there are some things that I don’t like about my school. We are not allowed to travel to the first floor because our principal sits there. Even if I have some work there, I have to take the longer route. Also, there is extreme strictness, that sometimes can be a bit too much.  Even though my school has some great features, I still miss all of us hanging together during the breaks. I miss you a lot. Also, say “hi” to all of our friends from my side.  Write to me when you are free. I will be waiting for your letter. Give my regards to your parents. Hope to see you see you soon. 26-AB-Block, First Floor Sancharlok Society Vivek ViharDelhi-110052 26th May, 2023 Dear Shalini, I hope you and your family are in good health. I am good too. It’s been 4 months since I was admitted to my new school. I was missing you a lot so I thought of writing this letter to you.   My new school is quite good. There are a lot of things that distinguish it from other schools. I reach school at around 7:50 am daily. The daily school session starts at around 8:20 with the morning assembly which is a bit early as compared to my previous school, so I have to get ready quickly. Then our first period starts at around 8:50 am. The teachers here are very polite and connect with the students easily. Mrs Arti ma’am is my favourite teacher. She teaches History to us. Even though History is a boring subject, the way she teaches makes it fun and easy for us to memorize the components of the chapters. She is very sweet too. No matter how many times I ask her something, she always explains it in a very polite way with a smile on her face. The classrooms here are interactive ones.  There is a smart board in each classroom on which video illustrations of each chapter are present. Our teachers explain the chapters using the same which makes it very interesting. One thing that I don’t like about our school is the weekly test. Every week, we have to give a test of 2 subjects. Sometimes, this becomes very irritating. Other than that, the students here are very welcoming and I have made 2 new friends Jyoti and Prachi. We hang out all the time and they keep me company.  Even though my school has so much to offer, I still miss our old school, walking in those corridors, being with you all and doing fun things such as playing kho-kho on our ground. I miss you a lot. Say “hi” to all our friends from my side and tell them that I miss them. Give my regards to your parents and say “hi” to your sister from my side. Format of How to Write a Letter to Your Friend Telling Him About Your School

Recipient’s Name Recipient’s Address Dear Recipient’s Name, Introduction Start the letter with a “Hey” or a “Hi” and maintain a genuine tone.  Body For the body of the letter, share your thoughts, information, etc. Whatever your purpose for writing the letter, cover it properly. Include instances, experiences, etc and make it interesting. Use a conversational tone.  Closing End the letter on a friendly note. Add text like “Take Care”, “Talk to you soon”, “See you soon”, etc.  Signature Conclude the note with a polite salutation. You may even you nicknames.
