Hi Amruth, Yes You Can Apply for PhD from IGNOU University without a MPhil Degree. The eligibility criteria states that candidates can take admission to a PhD for any course provided they have a master’s degree in a relevant stream with a minimum of 55% mark obtained from any recognised university or IGNOU, and SC/ST/OBC candidates have a 5% marks relaxation by the IGNOU.
