VIT Vellore BTech fee has been released by the officials of the university for the entire four (4) years. BTech courses at VIT Vellore University are divided into two groups, A and B. Group A consists of BTech in Civil, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Fashion Technology. Group B consists of BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning, Cyber-Physical Systems, AI and Robotics, Data Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and BTech in Automation.

The fees for Group A which consists of consists of  BTech in Civil, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Fashion Technology are as follows:
