The JEE Mains exam is conducted twice a year. However, on the other hand, the JEE Advance exam is only conducted once a year. This examination is conducted by the National Testing Agency. During the Covid-19, in the year 2021, the exam has been conducted four times a year. This is the only year when the JEE Main exam has been conducted four times, other than that the exam is only conducted two times a year. 

How Many Times JEE Mains Conducted in a Year?

Total 2 number of times JEE Mains exam is conducted in a year. There are two sessions of the JEE Main examination, one is conducted in January and another is conducted in the month of April. 

Students are allowed to attempt any of the JEE Main exam session or can even sit in both sessions, as per their choice. 

The JEE Main Application form 2024 deadline for Session 1 is over. Now, students who have not applied for Session 1 or want to appear in Session 2 can fill out the application form for the Session 2 exam.
