How to Register For X-GMT Exam?
Students applying for the X-GMT Exam have to go through a one-time registration before filling out the application form for the exam. This is to create a login ID and password for the candidates to help them access documents released by the university at each stage of the examination. The process is as follows.
- Open the official website of XIM.
- Go to the admissions section and click on the selected program.
- In the application window, click on ‘New User’ to register.
- Provide the name, mobile number and e-mail address of the applicant.
- Save the information and check the inbox of the e-mail ID provided.
- A new login ID and password will be sent to the candidates.
X-GMT Application Fees
The X-GMT Application process is completed after the successful payment of the application fee. The application fee for the X-GMT Exam is charged differently. Every applicant has to pay the initial amount of INR 1,600 for registration in one course.
For every additional course after that, the candidates have to pay Rs.400 additional cost. To apply through X-GMT Exam the applicant has to pay INR 1,200 additional amount. The details of the application fee are given in the table below.

X-GMT Login Details
The candidates must remember their X-GMT login details to access their dashboard through the admission process. The login credentials generated at the time of the X-GMT application process are useful in the following areas.
- Downloading the X-GMT Admit Card
- Downloading the X-GMT Answer Key.
- Checking the X-GMT Result.
In case the candidate loses the login details they can use the forgot password option to retrieve or reset the Login details. The applicants will be redirected to the page which will ask for information specific to the candidate and then provide access to the account.
X-GMT Application Form Documents Required
There are various documents required to fill out the X-GMT Application form. The list of those documents is listed below.
- Mark Sheets: Class 10th, Class 12th and Graduation.
- Photo ID Proof of the applicant.
- Scanned copy of Photograph and Signature.
- Experience Certificate (if any).
- Any other work or education-related documents.

The admission criteria for the XGMT exam are based on the scores of the Written Ability Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview, the applicants who have applied through other examination procedures only need to submit their scores and match the cutoff for admission. The candidates who have topped a renowned institution with 1st, 2nd or 3rd position can directly apply and only have to sit for the interview round.
