What After SRMJEEM Results 2023?
After the results are released, the students will be shortlisted based on their score in the SRMJEEM exam or through other MBA entrance exams. After the declaration of results, the selected students have to go through two rounds which are Psychometric Test (PT) Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI).
Psychometric Test
The psychometric test is conducted by the university for the shortlisted candidates to check their abilities and capability in their respective fields. This helps the faculty to design appropriate inputs for the students to achieve their goals.
Group Discussion and Personal Interview
The university conducts Group Discussions and Personal Interviews to measure whether MBA aspirants possess the personality traits and soft skills that are critical to becoming managers. The GD/PI round will be conducted at SRM Institute’s campuses across India. The final list of selected students will be prepared based on the scores secured in the exam and performance during the GD-PI rounds.
