PU MET 2023 FAQs

The application process for PU MET has been started on 30 January 2023.

The last date to fill out the application form for PU MET is 20 March 2023

The exam for PU MET will take place on 16th April 2023

The eligibility criteria of PU MET 2023 Candidates must obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with at least a 50 per cent aggregate score (45 per cent for SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates) in any discipline from a recognised university. The final-year degree candidates are eligible to apply and can take the written test provisionally as well, but the result of the qualifying examination should be submitted later, as and when required.

The age limit for the PU MET 2023 examination has not been mentioned in the official prospectus.

The candidates have to apply online for the PU MET entrance examination. Below mentioned are the steps to apply for the application process:
Visit the official website of Panjab University
Click on the registration link
Enter personal information like the candidate’s name, parents’ name, mobile number, Date of Birth and valid email address.
Note the application number and password
Download and take the printout of the SBI Deposit slip
Make payment through debit card, credit card or net banking.
After making the payment the candidates have to wait for 24 hours and then they have to upload a scanned copy of their signature and photograph.
Deposit the exam fee at any SBI branch minimum of one day after printing the bank slip
Copy of the printout of the filled-in PU MET 2023 application form along with the requisite documents can be submitted to the following address before the last date of submission of application forms at the centre

The application fee for the unreserved category is INR 2175 and for the reserved category the application fee is INR 1088/-

The exam mode of PU MET 2023 is Offline Mode i.e. Pen and Paper Mode.

The marking scheme of PU MET 2023 is 1 mark for every correct answer.

There are a total of 200 questions in the PU MET 2023 exams

The admit card for PU MET 2023 will release on 11 April 202.

The steps to download the admit card for PU MET 2023 are:
Visit the official website
Click on the ‘PU MET Admit Card’ link
The candidate will be redirected to a page where he/she needs to fill in the login credentials
Enter the Login ID and Password 
The admit card will appear on the screen
Take a printout of the admit card

Reporting Time
Instructions regarding exam 

The results of PU MET 2023 will tentatively release in the month of May.
