The Department of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh will accept candidates with the NEET examination then move with the counseling process, mop up the round with seat matrix and all the other information will be updated on the official website. MP NEET UG 2023 Notification

On August 1, the MP NEET 2023 merit list became available, which was compiled based on registration details. To access the merit list, candidates need to download it from the official website. The seat allotment result for the first round of DME MP NEET UG 2023 counseling will be announced on August 7.

To participate in the MP NEET 2023 counseling for MBBS/BDS admission under state quota seats, candidates were required to register on and submit their application form. The deadline for submitting the online application form was July 31, as per the schedule.

MP NEET UG 2023 Exam Pattern

NEET Exam has effectively replaced the AIPMT (All India Pre-Medical Test) for medical admissions. The Supreme Court has confirmed that NEET scores will be the sole criterion for gaining admissions to medical colleges at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels nationwide.

Moreover, NEET has now become the exclusive medical entrance test, eliminating the need for students to take separate entrance tests for undergraduate medical programs, including those conducted by JIMPER and AIIMS.

MP NEET UG 2023 Eligibility Criteria

There is some minimum requirement the candidate has to fulfill to study MBBS in India. It is mandatory that you fulfill the eligibility criteria before submitting the application.   • Age: The candidate must be above 17 years old as of December 2023.
  • Qualification: The candidate who will appear for their board examination or the ones who are already clear with their 12th boards. 
  • Domicile: The students who are from MP (Madhya Pradesh) are eligible to be part of the examination board. 
  • Candidates who are in Government Service/Freedom fighters/Defence personnel are eligible for the MP NEET UG 
  • For the cut-off: MP NEET UG will grant admission to the candidates based on their performance in the examination. Candidates who will score equal to or more than the cut-off, get selected.

MP NEET UG 2023 Application Process

The link will be available for you on the official website. As you will be part of the application process you will have to submit all the required documents and information to complete the application process online. You will have to make sure the details are correct and accurate. 

  • Click on the registration link available on the official website. 
  • Register yourself and create your account/profile. You will have your password and roll number with you. 
  • Enter the personnel details as asked. This will include little details like birthdate, email id, phone number, etc. 
  • You need to enter the required details of your bank account. 
  • You will receive an OTP after the registration and then you can create a new password for yourself. 
  • Finish giving all the details and complete your application process. 
  • You will need to submit your class 10th and 12th mark sheets or certificates. 
  • Verify and then submit all the details in the application form. After that, you have the fee amount.
  • Pay the required amount for the application form submission.
  • You can pay via net banking, UPI, credit or debit card, imps, and wallet. At the time of paying the fee, make sure you have a good internet connection.
  • Keep a printed copy of the application form with yourself for future reference.

MP NEET UG 2023 Selection Process 

The criteria for selection will be uploaded by the conducting body on the official website. However, the exam conducting and admission authorities can make minor changes in the criteria. Here’s a list of a few pointers to remember for all the candidates who pass the MP NEET UG and are eligible for the other application process. 

  • The AIQ (All India Quota) will provide 15% of the seats to the eligible candidates on the basis of their NEET score. Then you can easily register on the website for the further counseling process.
  • Students can choose seats in Central/Deemed Universities during counseling.
  • 85% state quota will be applicable and it will be held online. The admissions will be conducted online. 
  • Private MBBS colleges will provide 100% seats for the admission process. This will also come under the counseling process.
