MAH CET MBA Latest Update 2024

According to the latest updates from the Maharashtra State CET Cell, registration for the MAH MBA CET 2024 counselling will open on 9 July 2024. In order to gain admission to MBA/MMS programs offered by state-affiliated universities, the MAH CET Centralized Admission Process, or CAP, will be held in two or three rounds between July and August. Candidates need to apply online at the CAP website to participate in the MAH MBA CET counselling in 2024.

Unlike other MBA entrance exams, the questions on the MAH MBA CET exam are not sectioned and are instead listed in random order. The number of questions also varies for each section. MAH CET MBA Eligibility Criteria

Candidates willing to apply for the MAH CET MBA exam must fulfil the eligibility criteria as established by the examination conducting committee. To know more, read the eligibility criteria briefly mentioned below for your easy reference: 

• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% (or, for candidates from reserved categories, at least 45%).
• Candidates in their last year of graduation or those who are awaiting their bachelor’s degree results may also apply. Nonetheless, their two-year average score ought to satisfy the minimal scoring requirements.
• Applicants who plan to take the CAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, or ATMA are deemed qualified for admission under the All India Seats category. 
• For candidates taking the above-mentioned exam, the only application they have to complete is the online form filling for MAH CET Counseling, which is held one to two months following the announcement of the entrance exam results.

MAH CET MBA Application Process

Candidates in the unreserved category had to pay an application fee of INR 1,000, while those in the reserved category had to pay INR 800.

MAH CET MBA Admit Card

The MAH MBA CET admit card 2024 was released online by the Maharashtra CET on its official website. A brief explanation of the MAH CET admission card download procedure is provided below:

MAH CET MBA Counselling Process 2024

The Centralised Admission Process (CAP), is a common counseling procedure for seat allocation after the MAH MBA CET results are announced. The State Common Entrance Test Cell administers the MBA CAP in order to assign seats to MAH CET MBA participating institutions. MBA CAP rounds are open to all MBA CET qualifiers. However, for admission to Maharashtra management colleges through MAH MBA CET counselling, students from outside Maharashtra must possess valid CAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA scores.

Candidates must note, that online registration is required for MBA CET CAP. Before the deadline, candidates must register for the MBA CET CAP on the Maharashtra CET website. The information concerning MAH CET MBA counselling that candidates should be aware of is provided below.

• Candidates from outside Maharashtra State as well as those from Maharashtra State compete in two or three rounds of the MAH MBA CET CAP round.
• For non-MAH CET students, the MAH MBA CET CAP registration fee is INR 1,000, which must be paid at the time of submitting the online application. The cost for students in the reserved category is INR 800.
• The candidate will need to visit specific counselling centres for document verification after being selected for admission.
• The schedule for the Mah MBA CET CAP 2024 will be released following the release of the entrance exam results.
