What is KMAT 2023? 

The Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) is a gateway exam for admission to AICTE-approved MBA and MCA programmes in Karnataka. More than 200 colleges (both public and private) in Karnataka accept KMAT scores for enrollment to MBA and MCA courses.

What are the eligibility criteria for KMAT MBA candidates?

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any subject, such as commerce, management, arts, social sciences, engineering, or technology, from a recognised institution or university.
Candidates will be deemed eligible for final admissions according to their scores in the KMAT examination, academic record, and related topics.
Applicants must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in their Bachelor’s degree final year exams.
Candidates from the SC/ST category must have a minimum aggregate of 45 per cent or an equivalent CGPA.

What are the eligibility criteria for KMAT MCA candidates?

Applicants seeking admission to MCA programmes through the KMAT 2023 test must have a bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
Applicants must have received a 50% aggregate in their bachelor’s degree final year exams.
In addition, they must have studied Mathematics in their Class 12 exams.
The Karnataka KMAT has no age limit, according to KPPGCA. Candidates must, however, be a minimum of 21 years old during admission.

Is there a reduction in the fee for reserved categories on the KMAT application form?

The application price is INR 850 (with GST) for everyone, regardless of category. The application cost may only be paid online through credit or debit card, or net banking.

How to apply for KMAT 2023?

Candidates can apply online by following the steps mentioned below:
Visit the official website and navigate to the ‘KMAT 2023 Application’ section in the top navigation bar.
Choose the ‘Registration Option.’
To register for the Karnataka KMAT 2023, candidates must provide information such as their name, birth date, e-mail address, contact details, and country.
After registering successfully, an OTP will be delivered to the registered cellphone number, which applicants must input in the box provided on the KMAT Karnataka application window.
Applicants will be notified of their application number and password via their registered mobile phone number and email address.
Applicants must sign in using their KMAT credentials.
Applicants must then fill out all of the needed information and upload the necessary documents.
Applicants must submit an application fee for KMAT 2023 via Net banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Wallet.
