IBSAT Important Dates

Stages of Counselling Process
The candidates who have cleared the IBSAT exam or any other eligibility test will be shortlisted on the basis of the merit list. The counselling process consists of two steps which are Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Below mentioned are the steps involved in counselling process.
Registration
When the official authorities will announce the merit list students can refer to the affiliated colleges’ cut-off and can start with the registration process. During the registration process, all the required documents will be checked and verified by the official authorities.
Selection Briefing
After the declaration of the IBS Aptitude Test Merit list, all the registered candidates have to go through the selection briefing organized by the official authorities to provide guidance and training to the students for the upcoming counselling process.
Group Discussion (GD)
Group Discussion is one of the most important steps of the IBS Aptitude Test counselling process. In the counselling process, the candidates have to appear and qualify the group discussion round to get admission to the college. During this process, the candidates will be divided into a group of 8 to 10 people. Each group will get a topic and 15 to 20 minutes time to discuss their topic among themselves.
Personal Interview (PI)
Personal Interview (PI) is the last round of the counselling process. The candidates who will qualify for the Group Discussion (GD) round will be called for this Personal Interview with the official authorities of the IBS campus. The main aim of the interview is to check the candidate’s interpersonal skills. Confidence and communication skills are also tested in the Personal Interview round.
