Established in 2004, on Rectors’ decision with great support from Research Universities of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Institute of Economics, Central Economics and Mathematical Institute, Institute of Economic Forecasting), main governmental institutions (The Central Bank of Russian Federation, Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange) and the Basic Element Company, the biggest Russian diversified conglomerate group. Moscow School of Economics has affiliations with the Association of Professional Schools of International and International Forum of Public Universities.
