Study in UK : Sussex India Scholarships 2023 Now Open 

The University of Sussex is offering scholarships to Indian students. The scholarships are provided to students wanting to pursue a postgraduate degree programme. An amount of  £3,000 /INR 3.18 lakh is granted as tuition fee reduction. Moreover, an unlimited amount of scholarships are available. 

The University funds the Sussex India Scholarship, which is exclusively meant for Indian students. Students interested in applying for the scholarship can do so by visiting the official website.The deadline for the scholarship is 1 September 2023.

Sussex India Scholarships 2023 Eligibility 

The eligibility criteria for the Sussex India Scholarship is as follows:

• Must be a citizen of India and must be classified as ‘overseas’ for the purpose of payment of fees.
• Additionally, the student must be taking a full time Master’s programme starting from September 2023.
• Moreover, those who have received the offer letter from the University of Sussex Business School  can combine the scholarship with the Business School International Masters Award (2023).
• Similarly, those who have received the scholarship from the School of Engineering and Informatics can combine the award with the Engineering and Informatics International Masters Award (2023)

Sussex India Scholarships Selection Process

The University of Sussex India Scholarship is available to Indian students. However, students need to study only eligible courses to avail the scholarship.

The scholarship committee considers the chosen programme, applicant’s nationality, and financial stability, excluding courses like Certificates and Diplomas (including PGCE), Courses at Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS), Development Studies MA, online courses, etc.

Before applying for the Masters programme, the student must declare the interest in the scholarship. The information about the scholarship will be included in the CAS for the visa application.
