The Anglia Ruskin University is offering plenty of scholarships and bursaries to International students.  Universities and organizations grant scholarships based on merit, while they award bursaries based on financial need. Furthermore, they give these scholarships to students who are pursuing a specific course of study or participating in extracurricular activities.

An International scholarship covers the educational expenses of the student. Additionally, it can also cover travel expenses, living expenses, and more. However, it varies on the basis of the scholarship. Interested students can apply for the ARU scholarship before the deadline.

3 International Scholarships by ARU

International Merit Scholarship

ARU grants International Merit Scholarship to students with exceptional academic records. Undergraduate, postgraduate and research students can apply for the scholarship. Generally, the amount of the scholarship varies between £1,000- £2,000 depending on the academic score/UCAS tariff points. The scholarship committee will consider all eligible international students for the scholarship, but they will only award it for a duration of 1 year.

Sport Scholarship

ARUI considers talented sportspeople who choose to study for the scholarship. They primarily grant scholarships to students who compete in volleyball and basketball. However, under special circumstances, they also consider students participating in individual sports.The scholarship amount ranges between £1,400 to £12,500 per year. Applications for this scholarship are open year round.

International Alumni Scholarship

ARU considers students who have graduated from the university and want to pursue a postgraduate program or PG Dip Legal Practice .The scholarship benefit includes a grant of £3,000 in the first year of study. International students are automatically considered for the scholarship. Hence, no separate application is necessary. Moreover, the scholarship amount is deducted from the tuition fees.

ARU provides plenty of scholarships. However, most of the scholarships have expired. For example, the GREAT scholarship, Merit Scholarships.
