You have to meet the additional criteria of the university, such as a 2.75 GPA at the end of freshman year and a 3.0 GPA by the end of the sophomore and junior years to continue to receive the scholarship.
Incoming Freshmen Honours College Scholarship
International students who meet the academic requirements (That is, GPA >=3.5 in high school and ACT >=26 or SAT >=1230 score) can receive the Incoming Freshmen Honours College Scholarship. This scholarship is provided in addition to the merit scholarship. The benefit is USD 500 for 4 years of study. Achievement Tuition Waiver Grant for Non-resident Students with Financial Need

You need to demonstrate the same in the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Your academic performance is also considered (GPA of 3.0 or higher) for the award. Society of Yeager Scholars (Full Funding)
