To be eligible for the Marie Curie International Incoming Fellowship (IIF) program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be a researcher of any nationality from a developing country;
• Have a PhD degree (or equivalent research experience) in a field related to the proposed research project;
• Be employed by an eligible host institution in Europe;
• Have a research project that is related to the proposed research topic;
• Have a research plan that the host institution approves;
• Have not been in Europe for more than 12 months in the three years before the start of the fellowship.
