However, this list is not exhaustive in any manner. Candidates can visit the official website to check their particular university. Other authorized and recognized institutions will help with the credential assessment process for immigration. Some of them are, the International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICS), the Medical Council of Canada (An official body for Doctors) and the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQS).
Students must be aware of the fact that, if one of the bodies is not approving the documents submitted by you because of the university, others will also do the same. They will not approve your credential assessment process.

Yes, WES is a mandatory process for Canadian PR through Express Entry. However, for other categories such as Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) or the Canadian Experience Class Program (CEC), this requirement is exempted.
The WES ECA is valid for five years from the date of issuance. Students can continue using your ECA when you submit a new Express Entry Profile.
