Ans: Ever since I first heard about the picturesque beauty of Ladakh, I have always been fascinated by the idea of exploring this rugged landscape on a motorcycle. The idea of having the wind in my hair, the roar of the engine beneath me, and the open roads always filled me with a sense of adventure and freedom. For this journey, my preferred motorcycle is the Royal Enfield Himalayan known for its robust build and suitability for long rides through tough terrains. Its powerful engine and comfortable seating make it an ideal companion in the mountains. The Journey will commence from Manali, cruising through the scenic beauty amidst Himalayan Peaks. From there our route will include breathtaking spots like Rohtang Pass, Baralacha La, and Khardung La, a high mountain where we will witness the confluence of various mountain ranges. The trip’s highlight would be Khrdung La, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. The essence of this route lies not merely in arriving at our destination, but in savoring the journey itself and immersing ourselves in the awe-inspiring vistas that unfold along the way. My best friend, an avid biker and nature enthusiast like me, would be my companion on this trip.
