Spain Digital Nomad Visa

Spain has become one of the top destinations for digital nomads, offering a perfect blend of vibrant culture, pleasant climate, and modern infrastructure. To cater to the growing number of remote workers, Spain introduced the Digital Nomad Visa, also known as the International Teleworker Visa.

This visa allows non-EU nationals to live in Spain while working remotely for companies or clients located outside the country. With attractive benefits such as legal residency, family inclusion, tax incentives, and access to the Spanish healthcare system.

What is the Spain Digital Nomad Visa?

Spain introduced the Digital Nomad Visa in January 2024 as a component of the new Startup Act, a set of policies designed to promote foreign investment and entrepreneurship. Remote workers can live and work in Spain for up to one year if they apply from outside, or up to three years if they apply from within Spain.

This visa can be renewed for a maximum of five years. Candidates must demonstrate that, as of 2025, they make at least EUR 2,760 per month; the minimum income requirements increase for those who bring dependents.
