You need to go to Lithuania on a student visa, complete your studies, apply for a post-study permit, get a work permit, extend your stay and then apply for PR. Complete Your Education
First, complete your studies in Lithuania. You can enrol at a recongised institution and apply for a National Visa to travel to the country. It must be noted only the half of the time spent studying is counted towards PR. This is only applicable if you were enrolled in a scientific institution or a higher educational institution.
Get a Post Study Permit
After completing your studies you can apply for a post-study permit that is valid for 12 months. During this period you are free to search for employment or to learn how to set up a business. It must be noted you can only search for employment and not work. To work you need to switch to a work permit.
Get a Work Permit
The work permit in Lithuania is issued based on quotas. To work in Lithuania you need to get a work permit. The work permit is generally valid for up to 2 years. During this period, you can switch to a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) for work.
