Summer vacations are around the corner, and my family has planned an outing to a hill station in Himachal Pradesh. So, I want to request that you take care of our dog, “Cheddar” during that time. I know you love Cheddar, so who better to take care of him than you? We will be gone for 4 days, i.e., from 22nd May 2023 to 26th May 2023. In taking care of Cheddar, there aren’t a lot of tantrums. He is pretty low-maintenance. All you have to take care of the very basics. In the morning, take him out for a walk, then feed him at 11:00 a.m. After that, you don’t have to feed him anything till lunchtime at around 3:00 p.m. In the evening, before dinner, you can take him out to a park nearby to play fetch, he loves playing it, and after that, at around 8:00 p.m., give him dinner, and that is pretty much it. I hope that this isn’t too much trouble for you, and I would be grateful to you for doing this. I will be dropping Cheddar at your house on the night of 21st May 2023. If there is anything you need to ask, do let me know. On the trip, I will still be available via phone, so if you find any problem, you can connect with me via the same. Format of How to Write a Letter to Your Friend to Take Care of Your Pet
| Recipient’s Name Recipient’s Address Dear (Recipient’s Name), Introduction Start the letter with “Dear ABC” and maintain a polite tone. Body For the body of the letter, tell them about your plans and request that they take care of your pet, tell them the duration for which they need to do so, mention the details about how to take care of your pet; and mention if there is anything specific that they need to keep in mind. And I thank them wholeheartedly. Closing End the letter on a friendly note. Add text like “Take Care”, “Talk to you soon”, “See you soon”, etc. Signature Conclude the note with a polite salutation. |
