Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) Admission Process
The Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) offers admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. To secure admission into any of the UG/PG courses, you must pass a written test consulted by the university, followed by an interview.
If in any case, a candidate fails to pass an interview conducted by the university, then his/her candidature will be cancelled. It is also to be noted that admission to a few postgraduate courses is accepted based on GATE scores, followed by an interview.
To apply for the entrance test conducted by the university, you need to follow the given steps.
- Visit the official ISI application portal and register.
- An account will be created for the applicant in the portal, through which students can conveniently fill out the application form.
- Fill out the application form carefully and upload the documents.
- Pay the application fee.

Indian Statistical Institute PG Admission Process
You are required to meet the eligibility criteria for the PG-level course.
- Also, you are required to take the entrance test. Further, you will be shortlisted based on your performance in the written test.
- Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview.
- The final merit list is based on the performance of the candidate in written test(s) and the interview.

- Eligible candidates must go to the official ISI application portal and fill out the application form.
- Candidates also need to appear for a written test. Further, they will be shortlisted based on their performance at the test.
