NEET PG 2023 Counselling: PGMEB Received 2828 Applications
NMC clarified in its official notification that the Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) has received a total of 2828 applications from medical colleges and institutes. These applications are seeking recognition or renewal of recognition for their PG Medical qualifications in the year 2022. Currently, the Board has reviewed and made decisions on 1870 of these applications, while the remaining applications are still being processed.
As the NEET PG 2023 counseling is set to commence shortly, the available recognized or permitted seats at medical colleges will be taken into account for admissions in the academic year 2023.
The existing PG Board Speciality seats will be taken into consideration for the admissions process in the academic year 2023.
A seat matrix will be prepared accordingly, although there is a possibility of the number of seats being reduced in certain circumstances.

NEET PG 2023 Counselling Registration: Know How to Apply
Follow these steps to complete the NEET PG 2023 counseling registration online:
Step 1: Go to the official website of MCC, and click on the link that reads “NEET PG 2023 Counselling Registration” on the homepage.
Step 2: Now, key in your date of birth and other required information to register yourself.
Step 3: Proceed by providing your application number and password to access the form.
Step 4: Fill out the NEET PG counseling form properly, upload your documents, and pay the application fee/
Step 5: Finally, click on submit to complete the application process.
Step 6: Make sure that you download the NEET PG form and take out its printout for future reference.

NEET PG 2023 Exam: Cut-Off Scores
The NEET PG 2023 examination took place on March 5, and the results were announced on March 14.
The qualifying cut-off scores for different categories were as follows:
- 291 out of 800 for General and EWS categories,
- 274 for the General-PwBD category,
- and 238 for SC, ST, and OBC categories.
