ILSAT 2023 BA LLB (Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.) Eligibility Criteria
To appear for ILSAT 2023 for BA LLB(Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.), candidates must meet the academic qualification and should have attained the minimum age as prescribed by the conducting body. IFHE defines the following eligibility criteria for students appearing for the entrance examination:
Educational Qualification
- Candidate must have cleared Class XII Board examination or its equivalent with 50% marks in a single attempt; or
- Candidate must have appeared in Class XII Board examination or its equivalent before 1st July 2023, and are awaiting their results.
Age Limit
- Students should not be above 21 years of age on the date of admission.
- Age limit is subject to change according to the guidelines of the Bar Council of India.
- Age will be calculated as per the Date of Birth (DOB) mentioned in the Secondary School certificate of the applicant.)
ILSAT 2023 LLM or ILSAT (PG) 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The IFHE Faculty of Law (FoL) also offers LLM programme to law students. IFHE has laid down the minimum educational qualifications required for taking ILSAT (PG) 2023:
Educational Qualifications
- Candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% or equivalent score in Five Year Integrated Law Course or Three Year Law Course or any equivalent programme; or
- Candidates appearing for final year or semester examinations in their respective degree programmes and awaiting results.

ILSAT 2023 Exam Pattern
ILSAT, an aptitude test, is a computer-based test that is conducted for 2 hours or 120 minutes, in multiple centres across India. The entrance test for IFHE Faculty of Law (FoL) is scheduled to start at 10:am and will conclude at 12:00 noon on the 4th of June 2023.
The entrance test paper for BA LLB (Hons.)/BBA LLB (Hons.) of ICFAI Law School is segregated into 5 Sections and contains 125 questions. The test pattern for the aforementioned exam is as follows:

Students applying for ILSAT 2023 should not be more than 21 years of age.
Applicants for ILSAT 2023 must have scored a minimum of 50% in the Class XII Board examination or its equivalent in a single attempt.
Students who have got a minimum of 50% marks in the Class XII Board examination or its equivalent in one attempt or candidates appearing in the aforementioned examinations before 1st July 2023, and are waiting for results can appear for ILSAT 2023.
