Indore Institute of Law has released the application form for the IILET exam and the exam will tentatively be conducted in the second week of March 2023. To apply for the IILET exam, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria mentioned by the Indore Institute of Law. IILET Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants appearing for the IILET exam must fulfil the below-mentioned criteria:

  • Applicant must have passed the qualifying exam (10+2) or equivalent with at least 45% marks. This applies to candidates belonging to the General/PWD/OBC/NRI/PIO/OCI category.
  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories must have acquired 40% marks or equivalent in class 12th or equivalent.
  • Applicants appearing in the qualifying exam (class 10+2 exam) must submit the 10+2 exam result at the time of admission.

Documents Required to Prove IILET Eligibility Criteria

These are the following documents which need to be attached to the IILET application form:

  1. Marksheets of class Xth and XIIth.
  2. Graduation Mark sheet
  3. Original Transfer Certificate
  4. Gap certificate (if any)
  5. Migration Certificate
  6. Domicile certificate

IILET Application Process

The students willing to apply for the IILET exam can visit the official website of IIL. Candidates will be selected for the courses BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) directly through the IILET. While candidates applying for BBA LLB (Hons) along with the Global & Transnational studies will be required to go through a personal interview (PI) and a psychometric test.   • Visit the official website of the Indore Institute of Law and click on the admission form tab.
  • Select the course you want to enrol in LLB (Hons), LLM, BA LLB (Hons.)/BBA LLB (Hons.)/BBA LLB (Hons.) in Global and Transnational Studies.
  • Enter your full name, DOB, Age, Blood Group and other important details.
  • Pay the application fee and submit the application form.

I passed my 12th class with 55% marks, can I apply for the IILET exam?

Yes, according to the eligibility criteria, students belonging to the General/ PWD/ OBC/ NRI/ PIO/ OCI category must have a minimum aggregate of 45% in 12th grade, For the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories, the minimum required aggregate is 40%.

What is the application process for the IILET exam?

Students can visit the website of IIL and click on the admission tab. After this, students have to select the course and fill in all the important information. The application form can be submitted after paying the application fee.

What type of questions are asked in the IILET exam?

In the IILET exam multiple-choice questions are asked and there is a negative marking for every incorrect answer.
