It is mandatory that you follow the instructions to apply for CSIR NET Exam 2024. Check the steps below:
- Visit the official website of NTA dedicated to exam only. (Direct Link)
- Create your new user account by using your personal information such as name, number, etc.
- Download the information bulletin of the exam and read the instructions carefully.
- Now fill up all the information (Personal, academics) asked there.
- Check all the details are correct before submitting the form.
- Pay the CSIR NET registration fee by using the online payment method.
- Note down the system-generated Application number for future reference.

Who Can Apply for CSIR NET June 2024?

Age Limit for CSIR NET
- Maximum Age Limit For JRF- 28 years
- Maximum Age Limit for Lectureship- No age limit
- There is a relaxation for reserve category students (5 Years in Upper Age Limit).
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a valid degree in BTech/BE/BPharma/MBBS/BS (four years)/Integrated BS-MS/MSc.
- Candidates who are in the final year of these courses are eligible to apply

It is expected that the application process for CSIR NET Exam will start in the month of June 2024. There is no announcement by NTA regarding this exam date.
For General candidates the upper age limit is 28 years. While reserve category candidates can get 5 years of relaxation in the upper age limit.
The tentative exam date for CSIR NET June 2024 is 28 to 30 June 2024.
