ISC full form is Indian School Certificate. It is the examination that The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) conducts for Class XII. The examination under this board for Class XII students is designed in accordance with the New Education Policy 1986 (India). The language medium followed in this examination is English. It is eligible for students who have taken and cleared the ICSE, or equivalent examination, followed by two years of academics. The number of electives that the student can choose can be three, or even five. Though it is important to note that English is compulsory and cannot be missed out on. Moreover, it is to also note that the student can sit for no more than six subject exams.

- Students who are enrolled full-time in Class 12 of any of the institutions affiliated with CISCE can take the ISC exam.
- Students who are pursuing home-schooling or are enrolled in a corresponding course are not eligible to take the ISC tests.

ISC 12th Result 2023
Students waiting for ISC 12th Result 2023 can expect the announcement to be made in May 2023. The CISCE Board Examination for Class XII which took place between 13th February 2023 and 31st March 2023, will be followed by the ISC 12th Result 2023 which is to be announced via online mode.
