Nonetheless, Mathematics is generally not a compulsory subject for international students. However, some universities may require a Mathematical background or strong understanding of the subject as it serves as the foundation for many business subjects.

Apart from this, pursuing Mathematics in class 12th can also prepare you to clear entrance exams conducted by universities around the world.
