Vytautas Magnus University is a public university located in Kaunas, Lithuania. the university was founded in 1922. Initially, it was known as the University of Lithuania, but in 1930, the university was renamed to Vytautas Magnus University in honour of 500th death anniversary of the Grand Duke. it is one of the leading universities in Lithuania with about 8,800 students across several disciplines. The university comprises of 15 faculties – Arts, Humanities, Law, Informatics, Economics and Management, Catholic Theology, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Political Science and Diplomacy, Education, Academy, Music Academy, Agriculture Academy, Innovative Studies Institute, Institute of Foreign Languages and Botanical Garden. Together, these faculties offer a wide range of Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degree programs. the university has partnered with various multinational research organisations and foreign universities of North America, Europe, and some universities of Asia.
