Founded with the motto of Fides, Vivens, Discens, i.e. Faith, Living, Learning, Spring Arbor University is situated in Michigan and was established in 1963 as a Methodist church-affiliated institution. It initially began as a private academy and junior college and was the largest evangelical Christian University of Michigan accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the state. It was constructed by the chief leaders of Michigan’s free Methodist Church. With an endowment of $13.3 million, Spring Arbor University is home to over 1,300 students pursuing a plethora of academic programs. The institution offers more than 70 undergraduate majors and programs in their main campus. The courses include Bachelor in Business, BA in Christian Ministry Leadership, BSc in Business and Management, BSc in Nursing, amongst others. Further, the university is founded on inherent Christian values and organises a weekly chapel service on Monday and Wednesday along with other religious activities. Spring Arbor University also an event called ‘The Focus Series’ that comprises of seminars and workshops on contemporary issues and topics.
