The Post-Graduate Certificate (PGCert) in Performance Teaching is a Masters-level course is designed to support professional musicians, actors, production artists, and dancers who teach as part of their practice, either as their main employment or as part of a portfolio career. It offers a unique opportunity to develop creative and reflective practice in teaching in performing arts contexts either in person or online. Duration: One year part-time or two years part-time

Guildhall School of Music and Drama United Kingdom Scholarship

  • The Vanstone Scholarship: The Scholarship will support students training on one of the undergraduate Production Arts pathways. 
  • The Leverhulme Arts Scholarships: The Leverhulme Trust supports a number of postgraduate and undergraduate Music and Production Arts scholarships.
  • The Henry Wood Accommodation Trust Scholarships: These maintenance awards of up to £1,000 for Music undergraduates are to support London accommodation costs.
  • The Josephine Hart Scholarships: These scholarships support students on the BA or MA Acting programmes.
  • The Derek Butler Trust Scholarship Award: This award is for the most promising postgraduate vocalist or instrumentalist.
  • Bassoon Scholarships: Two major scholarships for bassoon students of up to £10,000 per annum.
