Infrastructure, Campuses and Courses
Flinders University is located in Adelaide, South Australia. It is a multicultural university with students on campus from more than 90 countries across the world. Adelaide is the fifth-largest capital city located in South Australia. The city is surrounded by the hills on its east and has more than 70 km of coastline on the west. The main campus Bedford Park is 12km south of the centre of Adelaide. It has an elevated site with panoramic views of the coast and over the city. The campus has state-of-the-art facilities with native Australian plants and its own lake. Apart from the main campus in Bedford Park in Adelaide, Flinders University also has a presence in Victoria Square and Tonsley. It also continues to have a number of external teaching facilities in regional South Australia, south-west Victoria and the Northern Territory. Flinders University offers more than 160 undergraduate and postgraduate courses. It also offers a higher degree of research supervision in all disciplines. The courses are designed and updated regularly with new information and communication technologies that also facilitate face-to-face teaching.
