Named after Navjeet (Bob) Dhillon, The Dhillon school of business is a renowned, private school started in the year 1975. Previously known as the Faculty of Management, the Dhillon school is a part of Lethbridge and Calgary campuses of the University of Lethbridge, Canada. It is one of the few business schools that have received accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). This accreditation ensures that the students are familiarised with a curriculum aligned with global standards. Dhillon Business School offers Bachelor of Management(B.mgt), Combined degrees B.mgt, Diploma in Accounting and Management certificate programs. Since DBS is CPHR accredited, the students having majored in Human resource and Labour relations are exempted from appearing in the National Knowledge Exam (NKE). The business school also offers a minimum of $2000 Bursary to its international students with financial needs. The school currently houses more than 1,600 students and 60 full-time faculty members. Since 2018, The school has also been offering courses in Financial technologies like blockchain, Artificial intelligence, and cryptocurrencies since. DSB also offers a Student Professional Development Program which through its networking events, Interactive workshops, and Industry Panels helps students develop professionally and personally.
