Myrtle Beach City Council on Tuesday voted for the final reading to approve the request to rezone about eight acres of land. The land is on the corner of Robert Grissom Parkway and Mr Joe White Avenue in South Carolina, USA. It has been confirmed that a developer is planning to build an international residence hall for J1 Visa students.
Several news reports suggest that the complex will be used to make a multi-unit dormitory-style residence hall. Moreover, this will have a safe environment for all the students who come to a foreign country, thousands of miles away from their homes.
Also, the residence will have amenities like laundry service, outdoor recreational fields, security transportation stops and a cafeteria.
