Lincoln University is offering the International Pathway Merit Scholarship to first-time university students. The scholarship was established in 2018 to support academically promising international students. The benefit is NZ$2,500/INR 2.08 lakh to the selected students. The amount is credited as tuition fees after confirmed enrolment in one of the following qualifications
- Diploma in University Studies (three-semester pathway), or
- Certificate in University Studies, or
- Diploma in University Studies (two-semester pathway)
The deadline for the application is 31st October 2023 for commencement in Summer School. Interested students can apply for the same before the deadline.
Lincoln University International Pathway Merit Scholarship
The eligibility criteria for the Lincoln University International Pathway Merit Scholarship are as follows. However, the scholarship is given on the basis of academic merit
- Must be an international student who has previously not studied at Lincoln University
- Moreover, the applicant must meet the academic eligibility requirements of the selected program
- The student must meet the English language proficiency requirements set by the University
- Additionally, the applicant must meet all necessary immigration requirements to study in New Zealand.
- However, those holding any other scholarship will not be eligible
Lincoln University International Pathway Merit Scholarship Benefit
The Lincoln University International Pathway Merit Scholarship benefit is NZ$2,500. However, the scholarship is only available for the duration of 1 semester. Additionally, the scholarship beneficiary might have to participate/ support any on-campus international and promotional activities as specified by the University.
Lincoln University International Pathway Merit Scholarship is given by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of a selection committee. Interested students can download the application form at the university website, fill in the details, and submit the same to [email protected].
