IELTS Listening Topic: Listening Task 24 (Table Completion)

This is a common question type which requires you to fill in missing information as you listen to the recording. It is a way of summarizing information in different categories.

Tips to Remember

• Read the instructions carefully. If it says ‘NO MORE THAN TWO WORDS AND/OR A NUMBER,’ then follow it exactly.
• The audio recording and questions follow the same order
•  Predict the WORD TYPE such as name, number, address or amount of money before listening to the recording.
• There can be distractors which are words and phrases that may try to mislead you from the correct answer.
• Do not leave any questions unanswered. Make a guess if necessary.
