Ans- Road safety is critical for everyone who uses public roads, including cyclists. Some experts believe that cyclists should pass a test before being allowed on public roads to ensure road safety. In this essay, we will examine the arguments for and against this proposal and provide a personal opinion that while a cycling test may seem logical initially, it is not the most practical solution.

Those who support the idea of a cycling test argue that it could improve road safety.
