While it is true that some individuals find these developments have created complexity, the notion that we should stop using them is misguided. From my perspective, technological progress has brought significant benefits that outweigh the perceived complications.

Firstly, technology has revolutionized communication, making it faster and more efficient. In the past, long-distance communication was a huge challenge and very time-consuming, often taking days or even weeks to deliver. Today, thanks to the internet and mobile technology, people can communicate instantly with anyone across the globe. This has not only strengthened personal relationships but also facilitated international business, education, and collaboration. For instance, companies can now hold real-time video conferences with partners and clients from different continents, enabling swift decision-making and enhancing global business operations.

Secondly, technological advancements have improved healthcare. Modern technologies such as MRI machines, robotic surgeries and telemedicine have enhanced diagnostic accuracy, treatment efficiency and patient care. Today, online consultations allow specialists to provide their expertise to patients in distant areas and improve health outcomes. These innovations have undoubtedly made healthcare more accessible and effective. 

Moreover, technology has simplified everyday tasks by enhancing convenience and efficiency. Automated systems in homes, such as security systems, provide comfort and safety. Online banking and e-commerce platforms have made financial transactions and shopping more convenient than ever before. These advancements save time and reduce the effort required for mundane activities, allowing individuals to focus on more meaningful pursuits.

In conclusion, although technological development may have made things a little complicated, the advantages it brings to areas like communication, healthcare and everyday convenience are invaluable. Instead of halting the use of technology individuals should focus on improving digital literacy and ensuring that technological advancements are accessible to all. Embracing technology, with its transformative potential, is essential for continued progress and improved quality of life.
