Dutch cities are having a serious shortage of housing options for international students. As a result, there are hoards of students who have started their classes in universities without having a place to live in. The Universities are also unable to provide the students shelter inside the campus due to the rising student population inside the campus.

This is mainly due to the huge influx of international students. The Minister for Education, Culture, and Science, Robbert Dijkgraaf said that he would discuss this issue in the upcoming month. This is to help the Universities accommodate the students and spread their quality education among the international students for which they are flocking to the Netherlands.
