The guard somehow managed to gently wrap the puppy in the cloth and signaled us to pull them both up slowly. When they finally came out from the hole, our entire friend group and guards clapped. The puppy was safe and we all were relieved. The guards immediately rushed to the veterinary clinic for a thorough check-up and necessary care of the puppy. The determination and compassion of the teamwork positively struck me. We put everything aside regarding the safety and security of the small, helpless animal.
