Write a Letter to Your Friend About Your Childhood Memories- Sample 1
B-23, 3rd Floor, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110051 6th August 2023 Dear Rishi, I hope that this letter finds you and your family in great health. I am good too. My vacations are about to end and I was just going through our old pics together yesterday when I realised that we spent a great childhood together. That took me to my childhood memories. What a trip down memory lane. I remember that in my childhood, I was majorly obsessed with the army. I used to admire the army officials. Be it the Navy, border forces, or air force, I had tremendous respect for them and wanted to become an army official. To this day, I respect them a lot. Do you remember that made-up game we used to play? Oh man was it so fun! I also remember that I loved going to the park in my childhood especially during the evening because the sunset would seem like a magical moment. In my childhood, I played on swings a lot. I used to go with my grandpa and play on swings for hours. My grandpa is the best, since my childhood, he has always been my constant supporter in every situation. He used to get me a lot of RC cars because he knew how much I loved them. I have a lot of photos with him too and in most of them, I have an RC car with me. Childhood is such a magical time to be carefree and enjoy life. It really is the golden time of every individual’s life. I am glad that we spent the majority of our childhood together. I miss you a lot. So when you can find time from your busy schedule, let me know and we will plan an outing together. Till then, take care. Hope to see you soon. Your dear friend, Aman |

53-B, 1st Floor, Ganpati Apartments, I.P. Extension, Delhi-110092 5th May 2023 Dear Shivani, I hope that this letter finds you and your family in great health. I am good here. Summer vacations are going on and it seems to be never-ending. Yesterday, I was just going through the pages of my childhood album and the nostalgia hit me so hard and took me back to my childhood memories. What a time childhood was. So carefree and so full of enthusiasm it used to be. I remember my childhood very vividly. My father used to take me to buy toys from the nearest mall. Going to that mall is so familiar to me and it always makes me relax and calms my mind, just taking a stroll there is so great to me personally. The best thing about my childhood was that my mother and father used to take me to different picnic spots or a relative’s house every week. Just spending time with my family is what I have always loved and I still love it more than compared to anything in the world. I used to watch my favourite cartoons all day on TV, far from the screen of a mobile, I used to enjoy the show “Tom and Jerry”, the best cartoon ever! It was all so great. I wish I could relive those days. It has been a long time since we haven’t met. So, when you are free, let me know and we will plan an outing together. There is a great restaurant that has recently opened and it is getting great reviews on its food and ambience. We will go there together. Till then, take care. Your dear friend, Abhimanyu. |
